Built as it is on a slope, one enters the villa by way of a vestibule on the upper floor leading directly into the light flooded living-room. Here one finds the open-plan kitchen, a dining table seating up to 8 persons and a seating area composed of three leather covered sofas. The kitchen of the VillaTropicana is perfectly fitted with the best equipment. The small breakfast bar is ideally suited for the 'Spanish' breakfast of coffee and biscuits or for the relaxed preparation of larger meals.

The villa has a total of three bedrooms, all with large double glass doors opening onto the pool terrace. The master bedroom  has a double bed and a separate dressing-room, a TV set flush in the wall and an elaborate bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath-tub. The two remaining bedrooms are twin-bedded and have a sofa offering accommodation for a further two persons.
