The villa is also a delightful domicile even for non-golfers having an excellent climate, plenty of sport activities and nearby beaches.


	The stream lined kitchen is fantastically equipped, all electric appliances either from the firms of Bosch or Siemens. The separate laundry room boast a washing machine and a drier. The focal point of the living room is the lovely L shaped sofa arrangement facing the panorama window. Extremely attractive paintings from contemporary artists add colourful accents to the discreetly elegant black-white-grey interior.


	A modern 42 inch Philips flat screen-TV (English, Spanish), DVD, video and a hi-fi complete the home entertainment.


	The villa has three bedrooms - each individually furnished and decorated. On the ground floor is the Venetian room in calm lilac tones and with basket effect accents. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, the master bedroom with balcony and a separate dressing room and the red room with twin beds in contrasting red-white and black. All bathrooms are very beautiful and of elegant materials.

Whether your personal choice is golf or a beach holiday, the Costa Adeje offers both ultimate relaxation and a wide spectrum of activities in the best of climatic conditions. For young guests and water fans, the Siam Park in Fañabé is always worth a visit.
