	Villa Golf Adeje 1: The location of this golf villa is the sunny south of Tenerife between Adeje and La Caleta and directly adjacent to the Costa Adeje Championship Golf Course. From the large terrace with a heated pool one has a magnificent view across the greens to the ocean. A 10 min drive takes you to the next beaches with Adeje and La Caleta - restaurants, bars and all shopping facilities - just 1 km distance away.


	The furnishings of the villa are exquisite and offer the highest standard of comfort. On the ground floor the generously sized living room is open to the dining area. The large expanse of windows overlooks the garden and the golf course with a magnificent view of the ocean and the island of La Gomera. The perfectly equipped kitchen from the firm of Bosch has a granite working-surface and a practical serving hatch through to the dining area.


	On the ground floor we find a bedroom, a bathroom and an extra WC whilst on the upper floor the large bedroom with a dressing-room. High glass doors lead onto a balcony with an ocean view and plenty of space to relax and sun-bathe. The stylish bathroom is fitted with a Jacuzzi bath-tub. The third bedroom in the villa has been planned as accommodation for up to 3 children having a bunk-bed (2 beds below and a single above).
