	The kitchen and dining area is flooded with natural light and designed on an open plan. Up to six persons find room around the tasteful glass table. In the excellently equipped kitchen catering becomes a pleasure. Comfortable wicker sofas in the living room harmonize perfectly with the lovely timber floor, a place to just lay back and relax. The choice of materials and accessories combine to achieve a warm and snug ambience.

	Equally inviting are the three stylish and beautifully designed bathrooms in the Villa Americas - with both bathtub and shower or just shower. The bedrooms are spacious and furnished with comfortable beds for restful nights and refreshing slumbers. Important: The third bedroom is entered either via the second bedroom on the first floor or from outside. Far away from the hustle and bustle of a busy resort but nevertheless directly situated on the Playa de las Americas, this villa offers the best prerequisites for a wonderful holiday.
