The finca consists of two holiday homes which are only being rented together. In both holiday homes there is one room with a sofabed.

	Finca Orotava: This lovely Finca is located at the centre of the wine growing area of Los Gomez in the green north of Tenerife. Completely restored, with a large garden, spacious terrace and pool, the Finca Orotava has the calm note of an oasis away from the bustle of mass tourism. The small village community of Orotava - with shopping facilities and restaurant - is reached within a few minutes drive and the next beaches in just 10 min.


	Both the interior and the exterior of the Finca have been lovingly and superbly restored.From here one has sweeping views of the countryside, the mountains and the wide expanse of the Atlantic.


	The Finca is composed of two units which can only be taken together. Both houses are complete with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom and offer the ideal accommodation for 2 couples travelling together. Casa 2 is a two story building with the delightful sunny kitchen with dining facilities, the snug living-room with sofa-bed and the bathroom on the ground floor.


	On the upper floor of the Casa 2 the large bedroom suite with an open-plan bathroom and Jacuzzi bath is an especially attractive retreat.


	Only six metres distant is Casa 1, this is all on one level but has the same furnishings and equipment in the bathrooms, living-room, kitchen and bedroom. The large dining-table in the living-room offers ample room for dining together, even when the Finca is accommodating 6 persons. As each of the units is furnished with 2 bathrooms and sofa-bed, 2 additional guests can be accommodated without any problem.


	The outside accommodation has been equally generously and lavishly planned. A typical Spanish barbecue area with sink is to be found on the spacious terrace, a heated whirlpool, outside shower and the 9 m x 4 m heated swimming pool. The large sun-terrace is amply furnished with sun-beds and umbrellas. Together with lighting on terraces and paths the stage is set for pleasant evenings under the sky.
