You'll find the Finca Bellavista situated in a magnificent solitary location at an altitude of 600 m, only a few kilometres from the Cañadas del Teide National Park. This wonderful estate lies in the middle of 11,000-m? tropical gardens; it has a large manor house, an extension on the south side with a total of four exclusive suites, as well as another two holiday homes.

Finca Bellavista is located on the sun-drenched western side of Tenerife, above the port of Alcala and a little below the village of Chio. From here, you have a superb view of the Atlantic. On a clear day, you can see right over onto the neighbouring islands of El Hierro, La Gomera and La Palma.

The inviting sun terrace of the manor house with its gleaming white balustrade really offers the best seats in the house.

The large communal swimming pool, which like the houses is heated by solar power, invites you to jump in, too.
|
|
The boundaries between the inside and the outside have purposely been kept fluent in this very beautiful residence. The tall lattice windows behind the grand arches let lots of sun into the manor house. The covered terrace leads straight outside into the garden. It is full of magnificent flowers and has been designed with a love for detail.

You can increase your fitness in leaps and bounds here: In Finca Bellavista enthusiastic tennis players will find a sand-covered artificial-surface court that can be hired for eight euros per hour. A four-metre professional-standard trampoline is available for you to improve your balance.

If you want to improve your handicap, then it's best to practise on the finca's own putting green.

Bathed in light, the inner rooms of the manor house greet guests with a feeling of inviting cosiness. It's nice to linger awhile here among delicate pastel tones and dainty floral patterns.

The combined living and dining room with its beautiful natural stone walls provides an ideal setting in which to enjoy cosy evening hours. You will love to come together round the communal table for four people here - to eat, play games or to chat by the fireside.

The kitchen is modern, convenient and fully equipped. Those who like being near the cooker will find a nice comfy seat at the round table.
|
|
|
The three bedrooms are spacious and luxurious. The whole manor house has only recently been completely renovated.
|
|
|
Some like extravagance, others prefer things to be dainty and romantic. Either way, you'll enjoy restful sleep. The lovely atmosphere and the wonderful tranquillity of the surroundings take care of that.
