The Villa Palmeras is an absolute holiday paradise. This spacious holiday home with a generously sized and partly covered swimming-pool is situated adjacent to the Villa Maravilla. Both belong to the same owner and were carefully restored at the beginning of the new millennium. The sea is just a few steps away and close by is the small harbour village of Poris de Abona.
Garden and house combine together in these sunny regions, after all, a large part of the day is spent in the open air. This is the reason for the numerous sunny terraces around the Villa Palmeras and a 'barbecue tower' with a covered veranda and a clear view of the ocean. Everything has been catered for whatever the weather.

Tenerife has an abundance of fascinating plants. Tall palm trees reach to the sky and throw delicate shade onto the brilliant colours of the buds on the white walls of the house.
Mild climatic conditions are to be found throughout the whole year on Tenerife, the seasons showing little variation. With an average temperature of 17°C in February through to 25°C in August, this island offers perfect holiday conditions. Occasionally fresh winds blow in from the Atlantic making for cool evenings and therefore it is advisable to have a few warmer clothes among one's luggage.

Plain walls surround the house. The plain and simple villa architectural style harmonises with the contrasting lush abundance that nature offers. Date palms and dwarf palm trees lift their heads among bright bushes, shrubs and agaves. It is the colourful nature of the Canaries embracing the Villa Palmeras.
A dream ambience can also be found at the pool. The walls fringed with flowers and glass fronts add artistic flair to the open planned interior.
Just float and watch one's reflection in the clear water.
Of course, the ocean is close at hand for bathing, but actually why should one bother - here in the Villa Palmeras it is so comfortable, one's own sun-bed and the pool-bar within reach. Those who wish, can make waves of their own

Sunny days are programmed in this holiday domicile, inside or out. Breakfast on the terrace is just one example and maybe an evening meal in one of the fish restaurants in Poris de Abona.
Also the interior of the villa is generously planned. On a floor-space of approx. 120 m2the guests will find a spacious living-room with a separate dining area, two bedrooms, a room with a sofa-bed, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The walls have been painted white throughout giving a restful and cool impression as well as a perfect background for colours.

On the large L shaped sofa there is enough room for a whole family. Up to six persons can holiday together in the Villa Palmeras. The white walls throw the dark hue of the leather into relief. Simple wooden tables at the at the end and in front of the sofa mean that everything you need is at hand.
The dark violet flowers of the bougainvillea together with the olive green foliage give a delightful framework to the cosy corner seating in front of the window. From here there is a wonderful view of the ocean.

From the sunny terraces there is direct access to the living accommodation and the kitchen has been elegantly separated from the dining area where nevertheless everything can be conveniently reached or placed on the working surface. The built in kitchen cupboards hold all that is needed in the way of practical utensils and in the bedroom a large fitted wardrobe is big enough to take all one's holiday clothes.
On both sides of the double-bed there are bedside tables with lighting.

Marble is the material used in the bathrooms with the variety of the grain adding an elegant character. The red and white contrast is most attractive and adds to a feeling of well-being.
Like the feathered crown of crane, the orange coloured flower petals of the 'paradise bird flower' rise above the long stalked leaves. The pleasant bedrooms are most comfortable and an invitation to sweet dreams.
