The architecture of the building is typical for the Canaries. It shows a closed outer facade with all the rooms opening to a central courtyard. The wooden columns with their typical capitals add structure to the facade and give the whole a whimsical character.

The large swimming-pool in the inside courtyard is not only an oasis for health and recreation and a welcome addition to what the hotel offers but in reflecting the architecture and light becomes a fascinating framework for the restaurant terrace.
Exclusively for the guests of the hotel, the Restaurant Anturium prepares gastronomic treats out of the Mediterranean and Canary cuisine, with candlelight dining beside the pool.

In addition to the sun-terrace in the atrium the hotel guests have the use of a spacious roof-terrace with comfortable sun-beds and a fantastic view across the medieval Garachico and the wide expanse of the Atlantic.
