Two “inseparables”- love-birds - sit together on a branch.  They are not just literally inseparable. A single one of these birds with multi-coloured plumage cannot survive without a mate - they always have to be kept in pairs.

The Spanish-style outside staircase leads up into the former granary. The 18^th‑century building has been converted into a comfortable home with a good deal of affection for detail.

You reach the pool by going round the various residential quarters via a small inner courtyard.

Natural stone is the predominant feature of the whole façade - both inside and out.

The living areas on the ground floor are grouped round an open inner courtyard. The two bedrooms with their own bathrooms on the one side and the living and kitchen area on the other can be reached from here.  An atmosphere of rustic comfort prevails throughout the house.

The people in Tenerife are proud of their old stonemason’s traditions. The huge square stone blocks are cut out of the hard cliffs in one piece. They like to demonstrate this skill by leaving the inside walls in their natural state.

Casual charm and rustic romanticism have a determining influence on the atmosphere here too. The antique teak roof woodwork and a terracotta floor form a stylish stetting for delicate colours and affectionately coordinated decorations.

You can enjoy magnificent views of the vineyards and the sea from the pretty, typical Canaries windowsills.

A spacious suite has been built under the large roof of the former granary. With open living and sleeping areas, built-in kitchen units and its own bathroom, it’s an ideal complement to an individual group holiday.

Things are a bit oriental in the Casa Las Adelfas.  The many fabrics, mirrors and wall hangings with their Moorish ornaments ensure this.
