The names given to both of the the houses, La Higuera (the fig) and El Peral (the pear) haven been derived from the numerous fruit trees that flower on the 3,500 m_ plot around the Finca. El Peral is the smaller of the two and is situated on the short side of the "L" shaped country house that was built in 1850. Two persons find plenty of room in this charming domicile or, if wished, the whole manor may be rented for six persons. If one desires to be on one's own for a while, no problem at all to find the peace and quiet wished for in this delightfully restored holiday home.

The grounds of the Finca are quite magnificent. The paths are fringed with flowering fruit trees and bushes whereas the rest of the land has been mostly left in a natural state. Here, the mild climate of a permanent fertile springtime rules for 365 day in the year. When the wind blows, the guests find refuge in the covered niche out of the wind with its grill, stone oven and barbecue.

An old cistern stands in front of the cosy sun-terrace and adds to the romantic quality of the surroundings. Here one can enjoy the tranquillity of a peaceful country idyll.

Whether under the sloped timbers of the roof in the dining-room or in the alcove of the window - every corner has been utilised.

The bedroom shows charming contrasts. Here, the simple charm adds to a feeling of well-being. High ceilings give depth to the room ensuring sweet dreams in a romantic setting.
