The delightfully furnished Apartment Constanza is situated on the ground floor of the main house on the Finca Constanza. The grounds of the Finca, 8,000 sq. m, are planted out with fruit and Aloe-Vera and many decorative plants. The lovely garden and swimming-pool is for the use of all the guests staying on the estate.

The holiday apartment retains an authentic character due to the natural stone block walls that remain unplastered and the stone flagged flooring, both being typical for Tenerife. A pleasant rustic appeal is underlined by the country style furnishings and the traditional Catalan woodwork.

The main house on the Finca Constanza was built around 1935 by one of the wealthiest land-owners for his personal use and has been tastefully refurbished by the new owner. Nowadays Aloe-Vera products are made on the Finca and in addition seminaries are held and the guests if they wish can enjoy the sheer indulgence of massage and therapy.

Magnificent views of the Atlantic can be enjoyed from the garden, lushly planted with flowering bushes. The large swimming-pool uses a special catalyst system making the use of chemical additives unnecessary, not only for allergy sufferers but a healthy alternative for everybody.

The quiet and privacy of the Finca just situated a 170 m above sea-level in the south-west, guarantees a high sunshine quota and a constant temperature making this a climatically excellent location.
