	Villa Lolo: This dream of a villa at the heart of the island offers you ever thing in the way of luxurious living. The terrace is a paradise amidst exotic plant-life. Snugly curtained seating for four persons at the private pool is fitted with a ventilator and an ideal retreat on hot days. The highlight of the villa is without doubt the viewing lounge on the top floor. From here one has a view not only of the ocean but of the volcanoes and as far as the islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos.


	The lush green of the numerous plants in the garden with lofty palms, cacti and other Mediterranean varieties is carried through into the house to adorn the typical Spanish patio and the living rooms. This spacious villa boasts 4 large bedrooms, a nursery and 5 elegant bathrooms. In addition to this accommodation is a library, a games room and a TV lounge with sat-TV, DVD/player and cosy seating.


	All rooms in this tasteful villa - the family residence of a Spanish author - have been handsomely furnished and offer the highest quality in comfort. The master bedroom with the adjacent nursery is ideal for pairs with small children. All bedrooms have sat-TV and access to their own bathroom, all fitted with bath-tub. The main lounge is highly elegant with its large frontage of windows, comfortable seating arrangement and access to the pool-terrace.


	The country style kitchen seats 9 persons and is fitted out with among other things a larder, oven, dishwasher, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee-maker and a TV.
