	*Palmeral de César:* This rustic Finca is located in the heart of the 'Valle de Haria' on a 7,500 qm plot. Eight detached holiday houses stand fringed by numerous palm trees. A court for the typical 'Petanca ' bowls game has been integrated into the beautiful landscaped garden. This region has become well known for its colony of artists with their galleries and handicraft shops, among them - until his death in 1992 - the famous artist son of the island, César Manrique.

	The swimming pool on the Finca is in the style of Manrique and is placed at the centre of the grounds where exotic plants from all over the world have been planted.

	The style of the buildings is typical for the traditional architecture found on Lanzarote. The chimneys, the terraces and paths are all from stone flags contrasting with the gleaming white masonry which harmonizes with the generous use of massive timber. Most impressive is the fine carpentry found on the doors, windows and ceilings of the individual houses. A rustic style was mostly chosen for the interior furnishings.

	The Main House: The main house - as all further houses on the Finca - has been individually furnished. A country style was chosen throughout as it fitted the architecture of the complex. The spacious living area is particularly comfortably appointed - a special highlight being the wide glass frontage to the private swimming-pool. The lovely country style kitchen shows a typical Canary flair.

	A wide staircase leads to the bedrooms. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons. On the private patio one finds an attractive barbecue area and in the basement a typical Bodega which is spacious enough for a larger number of persons. If desired the services of a professional catering service can be requested. Ideal: The neighbouring houses offer sufficient accommodation for guests.

	Casa 1: From the wide terrace at the front of the house one can enjoy a superb view of the Finca complex with its imposing palms.

	With three bedrooms this house belongs to the larger accommodation found on Palmeral de César. The cosy and rustically furnished living room has comfortable sofa seating. The dining table, integrated in the kitchen area, has ample space for up to six persons. The country style furnishings combined with the typical white-washed walls, black lava stone and dark beams add to a homely atmosphere.

	Warm colours and an imposing timbered ceiling invite cosy hours of relaxation. The generously sized kitchen with a colour accent in unconventional blue for the furniture, accommodates all the necessary equipment required. One of the three bedrooms boasts an en-suite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom between them. The villa offers accommodation for up to six persons.

	The traditional building style of Lanzarote, characteristic for the entire Finca, can be found throughout the rooms in Casa 3. The large living room is furnished with comfortable and stylish sofa seating and a Sat-TV. The bathrooms are most attractively fitted: A large bathtub, sand coloured stone and clear lines add to the appeal of this house. With its three bedrooms the house is ideal for up to six persons.

	For Casa 4 solid wood was chosen for the furnishings which together with light colours and attractive textiles adds up to a cosy homely atmosphere. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with a ceramic-hob, oven, dishwasher and numerous other helpful utensils. Casa 4 is a three bedroom accommodation with two very attractive bathrooms.

	In this house strong colours dominate in delightful harmony with the typical Lanzarote style of building. 	The accommodation consists of a large cosy living room with red sofa seating. Adjacent is an open hallway leading to the comfortable kitchen-diner. For both bedrooms warm colours have been chosen that harmonize with the lovely timber flooring. One is a double-bedded room whilst the other is furnished with twin beds. Both bathrooms are spacious and very beautifully designed.
