The completely enclosed property is part of a well-kept complex with a large communal pool just a few steps from the beach. The covered seating area in front of the house with its stone benches and small cacti displays is very pleasant and particularly refreshing on hotter days.


	The holiday home Villa Sebastian has been lovingly equipped with many fine details. The lounge area with its built-in kitchen is laid out with slate tiles which harmonise very nicely with the upholstery of the seating area. The kitchen is well-equipped and also includes a washing machine. Villa Sebastian, with two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, is ideal for two to four people. A great holiday home for a relaxing beach holiday.


	There are several small beaches along the promenade of Costa Teguise. The large sandy Cucharas beach with the best bathing and surfing conditions is only a 10 minute walk away.
