Situated in the north-east of Lanzarote the Finca Volcánica has a magnificent view of the imposing cone of the volcano La Corona.

The elegant and stylish old house, now restored and converted, is the main building and heart of an impressive Finca with extensive lands and buildings. Adjacent to the Finca Volcánica can also be found the Casa La Colina and the Casa María. At the disposal of the guests of all houses is a large pool area including a separate one for children and a sun-terrace as well as a barbecue.

The Finca Volcánica has been divided into three apartments that are suitable for large groups or families. Connecting doors can convert the apartments into a single unit. Each apartment lies on a separate side of the building and is named after the view from its windows and boasts a large conservatory with glass doors leading outside.
|
The generous sized pool – in winter heated if necessary – offers with the salt water unit a real spa experience.

Natural stone walls are used as a framework in the alpine garden surrounding the Finca Volcánica. The black lava pebbles act as a striking contrast to the brilliant colours of the flowering plants.
|
|
The apartment Risco has a private terrace with recliners and is a wonderful spot to enjoy peace and quiet and the glorious views.

Two of the three apartments have an additional bedroom built as a penthouse on the roof of the building. These enjoy an especially fine view of the incomparable landscape of Lanzarote.

The Finca is situated in the fertile landscape around Haria – on the right as seen from the south one has a view of Haria with the volcano cone of La corona in the background – a delightful town with an historic town centre.

The interior furnishings of the Finca Volcánica are of the highest quality. Natural materials and antique furniture harmonise perfectly with the more rustic elements of this old Canary house.

Each of the three apartments has a conservatory that can be used, according to the lay-out of the individual flats, as a living-room and / or as a dining-room. Through the later addition of these large glass fronted wings, wonderfully light and airy rooms have been created, these open up fine views of the extraordinary landscape.
