A well kept garden with a private pool and a separate barbecue area rounds off this excellent holiday home also making it an ideal holiday villa for families.The location is not to be beaten as it is only 15 minutes drive to Tazacorte beach and approximately 20 minutes from Los Llanos with all shopping facilities.

The spacious living room of the Villa Nerea shows a distinctive  combination of warm colours and timber. Comfortable seating is grouped around the fireplace. Through the panorama window one has a view of the pool, garden and the landscape. For your evening home entertainment awaits you a flat screen television showing international programmes. The open-plan country style kitchen is excellently equipped and one can dine on either the terrace or at the large table in the living room.

The Villa Nerea boasts three bedrooms one of which is on the ground floor with a view of the garden and fitted with a double bed and the use of a separate bathroom with shower. The further two bedrooms - one double-bedded, the other with twin beds - are on the upper floor. Here one also finds a partly covered terrace with comfortable basket furniture which is Ideal for sunny afternoons and offering a fantastic view.

Both of the bedrooms on the upper floor show a romantic Canary balcony with a view and the open rafters of a traditional Canary ceiling which add a lofty but cosy atmosphere to the rooms. Here one also finds a beautiful bathroom fitted with a hydro massage shower for two persons. The Villa Nerea is an especially lovingly presented house with a very homely feel.
