	Villa El Pinar: A first class holiday home, superbly situated in a large park and extremely tastefully and comfortably furnished. The spacious two storey villa is surrounded by large terraces and well-kept gardens. Villa El Pinar can be found together with the holiday home Casa Roberto, in large grounds of 54,000 m2 with various themed gardens and a lovely private tennis court among the pine trees.


	The comfortably furnished lounge has several suites – the white sofas in front of the panoramic windows are especially light and inviting. The antique dining-table can be extended and is therefore ideal for a cosy breakfast for two or a large dinner for 10 people. In the slightly raised TV-lounge with stereo-system, satellite-TV and video, you will also find the well-stocked library.


	Cooler evenings can be spent comfortably in front of the fire in the classic leather armchairs. However, a central heating system also guarantees an overall pleasant temperature.


	Villa El Pinar has been perfectly and exquisitely furnished in every way. The elaborate woodwork of the fitted cupboards and floors is very attractive. The kitchen has been equipped with all possible cooking utensils. A large fridge-freezer offers plenty of storage space for extra supplies and the dishwasher makes washing up easier, especially with numerous guests. The separate laundry room is fitted with a washing machine and dryer.


	Villa El Pinar has 3 bedrooms. The large bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.


	On the lower level there is a immaculate billiard table, as well as the classic bar and a small seating area. The winter-garden, immediately next door, can be reached through large glass doors. The glass annexe, which can be fully opened onto the garden, contains a heated indoor pool – a special kind of soothing retreat. From the large bordering lawn there is a wonderful view over the Aridane valley to the sea and the “Cumbre” mountains.


	Various outdoor seating has been arranged around the house. There is a covered spot right next to the house and a sunny seating area in the middle of the garden. With its unique location in the nature reserve of Caldera de Taburiente, the Villa El Pinar is ideal for a restful holiday amid nature – complete relaxation for couples or together with family and friends.

Baby from 0 - 2 years in a cot: free, children up to 12 years: 7,50 € (low season) or 8,25 € (peak season) per day. Additional cost: For the cleaning at departure and maintenance of the house, one daily rate is compulsorily charged. The heating of the pool(+24 °C - 30°C) costs 25,- € per day. Note: The minimum length of stay in this holiday home is 7 days.
