Casa Pintado: This typical Canary country house in the mountains of Puntagorda offers the perfect accommodation for excursions into the north, the Roque de los Muchachos, and hikes in the surrounding area. With the large sun-terrace and pool, the Casa Pintado is ideally suited for a relaxed vacation. On hot days there is always a shady spot to be found between the almond and fig trees.

The Casa Pintado has been carefully and lovingly restored whilst at the same time respecting the traditional building crafts and the materials used. The massive cornerstones that show in the façade, bear witness to the massive stone walls of which the house was built. Natural stone - today becoming a rarity on La Palma - was used for the terrace and the pool area.

A rustic country style was used for the furnishings in the Casa Pintado. The large living-room is home to the open kitchen with breakfast bar - here taken maybe in the Spanish manner with just coffee and biscuits - and cosy dining corner seating with an open fireplace. This holiday house is perfect for 2 persons with its attractive bedroom and a bathroom with bath-tub. An extra 2 persons can be comfortably accommodated on the sofa-bed.
