The Villa Marbella is situated together with other villas in the exclusive St. Augustin on a wonderful sloped site just a few minutes on foot from the Playa del Ingles beach. In a neo classical style, the 500m2-holiday domicile offers luxury living on several floors. The Maspalomas dunes can be clearly seen from the many sun-terraces.

Typical for the Spanish life-style is the open air 'living-room' which is on the ground floor and with direct access to the pool. Next to it is the beautifully cared for garden, a pavilion with a luxury barbecue and a separate grill area.

The fine mosaic shimmers through the clear water of the solar-heated pool. Here one can swim lengths or just sink into the comfortable sun-beds. The whirl pool is just around the corner and for those who prefer it hot, a few steps to the left of the pool take the visitor to the sauna area.

From the spacious sun-terrace the view is of the endless ocean or the golden-yellow dune sand of Maspalomas. This fascinating dune landscape reaches as far as the Playa del Ingles.

Unusual design that calls for admiration from the visitors is to be found in the living-room. An imposing glass dome of coloured glass mosaic throws light onto the original interior. An elegant wide marble staircase winds up through three floors to the loft-like top story with its large glass windows. The flooring throughout the whole villa is of marble.

A fantastic panorama view can be enjoyed from the cosy corner seating behind the glass fronts in the loft.

Dignified elegance determins the interior of the open-design ground floor. Here is a cosy living-room with comfortable seating and antique furniture.

The coloured glass mosaic of the dome is a design element that is carried throughout the house. Glass tables add transparency to the interior. On the large board the chess figures can move to background music as a sophisticated system brings the sound of music both to the inside and outside of the house. The kitchen has also been fitted out with all possible comfort and there is even the addition of a separate chill room.
