Hacienda Cabo Verde:  Only a 15 minute drive from the island’s capital Las Palmas and the wide sandy beaches of Playa de las Canteras this finca offers absolute privacy. The house is surrounded by 50,000 sq.m. of orchards and banana plantations. It is situated just 150m above the Atlantic and offers fantastic views of the ocean and the mountains combined with very favourable climatic conditions.

From the balcony on the first floor one looks across the plantation to the ocean.  Immediately below the finca there is a pebble beach and a large rock pool inviting you for a dip in seawater.  The finca  has a living area of 450 sq.m. and with the spacious outdoor facilities provides enough room for 10 people.  An ideal spot for large families with children or friends and groups.

The interior of the finca has been kept in a rustic Canarian style. Wicker furniture, warm colours and summery textiles create a cosy holiday atmosphere. Originally planned as a house with two units, the hacienda has two kitchens on the ground floor, which also has two bedrooms, a bathroom a dining room and two lounges – both with a fireplace.

The upstairs has a further three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a small lounge with a large adjoining 50 sq.m. terrace. Hacienda Cabo Verde is unusual, having developed over time into a country house. With the charm of a splendid “colourful cottage” and magnificent, quiet grounds, it offers a wonderful holiday retreat away from large tourist centres.
