	Casa Palmito: This country house, authentically restored with a sensitive approach to the life style and building traditions of the Canaries, stands together with the neighbouring Finca los Olivos amidst a magnificent palm grove. Together, the houses share a communal pool, various seating and sun-terraces as well as a barbecue area.In addition, the Casa Palmira has its own private veranda with a comfortable seating area.


	This domicile, with its steps and paths, small terraces and courtyards has all the special charm of a country home that has developed over the years. The surrounding countryside is ideal for walking or mountain biking. Friends of wind-water-sports come into their own in Pozo Izquierdo, home to the annual World Wind-Surf Cup, just 30 min away.


	The attractive furnishings throughout the Casa Palmito are kept in a rustic country style in character with the Finca. The warm earthy tints, lovingly chosen décor and fine materials create a homely and personal ambience. The hub of the house is the snug live-in-kitchen. In addition to the numerous cooking utensils stands a comfortable sofa for the 'lookers on'.


	The Casa Palmito has two double bedrooms, the larger of the two is connected to the kitchen and the bathroom by a hallway. The smaller bedroom was added at a later date and can only be reached via the covered veranda. A thoughtful addition of the owners is the small library with information about the Canaries, suggestions for excursions as well as useful maps.
