	Casa Montañeta: This old country house is situated in the village of Santa Lucia, surrounded by the fascinating hilly scenic landscape of the Barrancos of Tirajano.


	The Finca stands on over 2,000m2 of land with a lovely garden and a large sun-terrace with sun-beds, sun-umbrellas and a pool. A fence encloses the pool terrace - making it ideal for a relaxing holiday ,also with smaller children. This delightfully restored house is divided into three units, each perfect for 2 - 3 persons or as a whole for larger families or friends wishing to holiday together.


	Each of the apartments has been individually furnished in a country style and offers a bedroom, bathroom with shower, a large live-in kitchen with comfortable seating and a sofa bed for one further person. In each of the holiday apartments, a separate air-conditioning and heating unit guarantees a pleasing climate within the house. The kitchen is both modern and comfortably equipped with a washing machine, micro-wave, coffeemaker and toaster.
