La Oliva is well known for its fine buildings that stand witness to what was once an extremely prosperous and influential town. Just a 10 min drive away is the town of Corralejo offering a large range of activities and entertainments, a harbour and fantastic beaches.

From the Finca Los Risquetes one has a sweeping view across the dunes and the volcanic landscape to the ocean as far as the islands of Lobos and Lanzarote. In this house built around an interior courtyard, a panorama  window in the living area allows an enjoyable view not only from the garden.  There is a large pool for a refreshing bathe in the cacti garden together with sun-beds and a barbecue area with seating.
