	The beautifully kept grounds of the villa are laid out with cacti and succulent gardens and boast a large barbecue, sun-beds, seating area and heated pool. Also everything in the way of comfort and convenience can be found inside the villa. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with dishwasher, cooker and microwave and in addition there is a washing machine available.


	With its three bedrooms the Villa La Paz is ideal for families with children. The perfect bathing bay with a gentle sloping beach is to be found here in Caleta de Fuste. Also the famous sandy beaches of the Jandia and Corralejos peninsulas are only 20 min drive away.
