The interior throughout the Parador El Hierro is in Spanish colonial style. Gleaming wooden floors and fine replica antique furniture combine to create a cosy atmosphere. The basic principle of the Parador is continued through into the restaurant where only regional dishes are served. Naturally, among them is fresh fish of which Vieja with Mussel Sauce is an example, a local version of chicken bouillon, with goats cheese or fig cake as a dessert.
