If after booking with us you should find on the Internet the same holiday house under the same conditions as ours at a lower price we will reduce ours accordingly. Regulations regarding guaranteed prices

1.  If in the Internet you should find a more favourable offer for your holiday house than that booked through LasCasasCanarias, we request you to contact us via e-mail as soon as possible. This must be done within 24 hours subsequent to your booking through LasCasasCanarias.
Your e-mail should contain the following information:

Your full name, the reservation number as well as the website where you found the lower price. Incomplete or incorrect e-mails unfortunately cannot be considered.

 2.  The more favourable offer must be found on-line for the same arrival and departure dates and  to the same conditions as the one booked through LasCasasCanarias. The lower price must be in the same currency. The guarantee is not valid for last minute bookings done on the same day of arrival.           
3.  The price difference will only be compensated by LasCasasCanarias if your reservation by LasCasasCanarias has been completed and no cancellation or a  failure to appear at your chosen destination has occurred.

4.  Should these claims not be in agreement with the regulations concerning our  low-price guarantee, then the normal reservation and cancellation regulations for your booking will come into force.
